Sabreen Harris

 Youth Outreach Director

Sabreen born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa.  Growing up building strong family values and ties to the community while becoming a mother to her son.  She attended the Community College of Philadelphia in her early years investing much of her time in studies. She was employed at the Allied Barton Security Company.  Presently she is co-owner of T.P. Construction in the city of Woodbridge, N.J. where she has resided for the past seventeen (17) years. 

Sabreen attended Pnuma Life School of Ministry (at AFWC) in obtaining biblical studies to enrich her life as well adding to the lives of others.  In her glorious walk in Christ she has been able to move into the different aspects of ministry while serving as an usher for 12 years, a customer service represenative in the Body Builders Bood & Media store for nine (9) years as well as serving in the Harvest Discipleship Training Program for two (2) of those years. 

Sabreen believes that God Himself opened the door for her to be an active supportive participant in the "WWITS" Youth-At-Risk Mentoring Program, going into the juvenile prison speaking life into the girls in prepartion for their future release.  She also an active member of the Universal Sisters United Summer Program for youth in the city of Camden, N.J.  Sabreen has her certification for the Center for Family Services as well as an advocate for SERV (Services Empowering Rights Of Victims), Domestic Violence providing 24/7 crisis intervention, counseling, and an advocacy to male/female survivors of sexual assault.

Claudia Cream

Program Development Director

Claudia is a proud graduate of Camden High School and was employed as an educator for 36 years in the Camden City Public Schools.  She attended Howard University in the school of nursing and later graduated from Jersey City State College with a Bachelors of Art degree in education.  Her graduate studies wer completed at Rutgers University.  Thereafter, Claudia spent a number of years teaching at various schools in the City of Camden as well as serving as an administrator at the elementary and secondary levels, for over 20 years.  The last nine years, of her career in the Camden School System, she served as principal at the Parkside Elementary School, until her retirement in 2011. 

She brought an extensive skill set in educating, motivating and challenging not only her students but also the same holds true for her staff.  Her strict discipline and high expectations equipped her students with the skills to succeed.    Her determination, perseverance and faith has equipped her with the strategies necessary to become a successful businesswoman, union leader and a role model for her students, staff, peers and family.  Claudia was co-founder and Vice-President of an investment group partnering with other family members and friends to later become co-owner of RC Bistro restuarant, located at the VICTOR Building, in downtown Camden, NJ.  She continues her entrepreneur skills as an Independent Associate/Small Business & Group Benefits Specialist with LegaShield.  She is also a Principle Mentor, with New Jersey Leaders 2 Leaders, mentoring aspiring Principals.

She is a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, Woodlynne, NJ.  Being a model of inspiration, she is dedicated to instilling a sense of ethnic pride in students, staff and others continually encouraging and motivating them to do their best. 

Kathryn Mathis

Academic Director

Kathryn is an avid traveler, adedicated mother and an active citizen.  She has a daughter, Kimberly, who resides in Washington, DC.  Kathryn has held many leadership positions including former President  of Black Women (NHBW) and the former Vice President on the national level.  She now serves as this chapter's President Emeritus.  Kathryn continues to be an advocate for the youth and elders of her community through these and other organizations.

A retiree with a busy community and social schedule; her years in the field of education are lasting.  Kathryn has 37 years of experience teaching all levels of students from grammar through high school.  Over that time, she has provided students of the Juvenile Justice Commission with a thorough education that has enabled them to re-enroll in the public school system.

In, 2015, Ms. Gaines obtained a Bachelor's of Theology and is continuing her education at Jameson School of Theology in Philadelphia, PA.  She is spreading God's love and ministry to youth through various outreach programs in the city of Camden at New Beginnings United Methodist Church.  Her commitment and love of family and community are her greatest gifts.  She is a woman with passion, style, grace, business acumen and most importantly, heart.

Norma Gonzalez

Board Member

Norma has been employed as an educator for the YMCA located in Mount Laurel, NJ. She enjoys having the ability to assist the younger generation to discover their God given purpose.   Previously married for 20 years she and her former husband pastored a church together.  Norma answered the call to intercession while serving along side her husband in the ministry.  A strong passion for prayer was developed through her willingness to intercede for others.

Norma has faithfully operated in the office of a Minister at Instruments of Righteousness Evangelistic Ministries.  With a strong anointing in the area of mentoring she has sucessfully impacted the lives of many.  In operating in the gift of mercy, which allows her to take a great deal of time with an abundance of care to assist young girls and women to live a purpose driven life.  Her dedication and loyalty to serving all for the glory and purposes of God has catapulted her to gracefully excel in ministry as well as life. 

She has two daughters and six grand-children and three great grand-children and a host of spiritual sons and daughters.  Norma's desire is to see God's people as well as herself enjoy all the benefits afforded them as citizens of the Kingdom of God. 

Henrietta Hickman

Director of Administration

Henrietta is President and CEO of HEH Management and Consulting, LLC; her business slogan is, "Helping You Achieve Your Divine Design!"  Henrietta believes your business should be all that you initially envisioned and sesigned it to be and that you should not allow your vision to diminish but visions should increase thereby increasing your business profitability.  Henrietta partners with business owners to discover the flaws in the business processes, fix them and help re-establish the divine design that was originally ment for a business of great stature.

Henrietta slso continues to work in the corporate world for a fortune 500 Company and has worked as a Finance and Marketing Executive in the Financial Product Industry for over 20 years.

Henrietta puts God first in everything in her life; she was saved at a young age and has served in numerous roles in the Church as well as onetime serving as Vice President of WWITS Mentoring Program while being a member of Instruments Of Righteousness Evangelistic Ministries.  Henrietta has been mentored by the late Dr. Myles and Ruth Munroe, and is certified by the Myles Munroe Institute as a Kingdom Instructor.  She is a speaker and teacher and has spoken at women's conferences and currently teaches a monthly class on "Knowing your Purpose" at the KROC, Salvation Army Center in Camden, NJ.


Kelly Master

Board Member

Kelly is founder and director of "Dining for Dignity," a non-profit org. whose mission is to strengthen our community against sexual exploitation.  She is called upon regularly to guest lecture on the topics of human trafficking, social media safety, and the sex industry.

Kelly is a dynamic, tenacious leader who is fiercely committed to advocate for the sexually exploited.  She is a strong, passionate speaker who draws upon healing from past addictions, abuse, and shattered dreams to elevate and inspire people.  Although Kelly is widely known for her anti-trafficking efforts, she is also known for Emerge Ministries, a program she created to assist women working in the adult sex industry.

Pummy Dhodi

Board Member

Pummy worked as Finance Manger for Pfizer Global Manufacting in New York.  In this position she streamlined customer allocation models resulting in $1MM in cost savings, improved internal control effectiveness and enhanced productivity. 

Pummy brings to WWITS a MBA in Finance and Marketing, Drexel University LeBow College of Business, Philadelphia, PA and a BS, Accounting, Rutgers University School of Business, New Brunswick, NJ graduating with honors and a G.P.A. 3.89.  She is a certified Public Accountant, State of New York, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Successfully completed first module of CPIM certification.

Pummy  deeply loves the Lord and is filled with an overwhelming gratitude  for His amazing grace, unconditional love, blessings and miracles in her own life.  She has a passionate desire for sharing God's amazing love, His living Word as well as her gift of nourishing encouragement in the hopes that others particularly teenaged girls and women alike would benefit from.  Her ability to minister to females who find themselves lost and broken opens the door for them to see a brighter future. 

Along with her history in finance she brings to the ministry an abundance of experience which will allow her to reach women and young girls of all ethnic groups.

Pummy has a wonderful husband and children, she currently serves in the Children's Ministry at her local Church.  She is extremely excited about the opportunity to be an integral member of WWITS Board.


Gilda McNair

Assitant to the President

Gilda is a Law Enforcement Chaplain for the City of Vineland, NJ.  She has been certified in several areas dealing with today's youth, Gilda has taken a curriculum approved course entitled CISM Application with children, along with a Management School Crisis from Theory to Application, Individual Crisis Intervention and Peer Support. Group crisis intervention and Know the facts/Beware of the warning signs/ Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care.

Gilda has been providing support in several Middle and High Schools in Vineland she also assist Chaplain Cook with weekly grief counseling to elementary students who have lost a parent/sibling.  Her motivation is to help teenage females discover their purpose and have a successful future. 

Serving the female youth-at-risk in the WWITS Mentoring Program has allowed her to use many of her gifts that had been laying dormant for years. 


Nancy Mills

Board Member

Nancy was raised in Pennsville, NJ, but has lived in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and Texas.  After high school, she went to Nursing School of Wilmington recieved her RN in September, 1975 and worked in mental health nursing until having children.  After much personal healing and restoration from childhood abuse, Nancy felt the Lord's direction to return to school in 2001.  She received her Master's Degree in Community Counseling in May, 2010.  While she was in school, Nancy had a support ministry at her church, New Hope Ministry.  She conducted support groups for women who had been sexually abused as children.  After graduation, Nancy and her husband Donald began a non-profit counseling agency, New Hope Counseling with the focus on helping those who had experienced sexual trauma of any kind.  In 2015, Nancy moved into private practice in Bridgeton, NJ and continues to specialize in trauma.

Through being part of the South Jersey Justice Committee, Nancy became aware of the evil of human trafficking.  She has a heart's desire to be used to help survivors work toward healing and wholeness.

Nancy has four children and 6 1/2 grandchildren and is greatly blessed when they are all together.  She enjoys plants, flowers, and all of God's creatures.  She is honored to be part of WWITS and is looking forward to seeing God's miraculous moving!


                                                                                   Dawn Jones

                                       Youth Services Director

With compassion, the Lord has opened her heart to the needs of suffering people.  Equipping and empowering her as a Sunday School teacher to encourage others to live victorious by the love of Jesus.  God called her to be an example to married women, as she has gracefully remained steadfast for the last 20 years, keeping God at the forefront of her own marriage.  Her and her husband Jeff, continues to counsel other married couples.  Through this union, Dawn and Jeff have one adult child, two teenage children, and one grandson.  As a wife and mother, Dawn has learned to depend on God for direction, wisdom, and strength.

Dawn has worked nearly 20 years for Youth Consultation Services-YCS, one of the largest social service agencies caring for children and their families in the state of New Jersey.  She has been placed in many leadership roles because she is first a faithful servant.  As Regional Director, with dedication and skillfulness she has helped create several therapeutic environments were children with developmental disabilities and personality disorders can be nutured and thrive to their God-given potential;  The Sawtelle Programs provides the structure and support required for each individual child served to successfully transition into the home, establish a comfortable and enriching daily routine, while working towards increased independent functioning.  Dawn is blessed to be surrounded by a great team of co-workers to help nurture and love each child in their care.

Dawn has served as a volunteer with WWITS since 2013 in a leadership role providing mentorship to our female youth who are presently incarcerated.


                                                                           Charmaine Serrano

Charmaine is an entrepreneur in the health and beauty industry, a wife, mother of two and grandmother of three.  She has over 20 years of experience in the network marketing/direct sales industry, and has achieved status as a successful, Sales Director, with two different product lines.

Her passion is to help females of all ages build self-confidence, a professional image and healthier lifestyle.  She also, helps to prepare women and teenage girls to live their best lives, so they can become productive contributors to their communities.  She feels leaders are made and not born.  She helps develop them to become exceptional individuals of fine character and integrity.

She has helped many charitable organizations such as non-profits, Childrens Funds and local churches, develop programs and seminars that empower young girls and women throughout all stages of their lives.  She's committed to provide awareness, tools and support to make them feel their beautiful best from the inside out.
