 Our Babies Locked Up!

Whose at Fault?

There are currently more than 14,000 girls incarcerated in the United States, a number that has been rapidly increasing in recent decades.  Most of these girls are arrested for minor, nonviolent offenses and probation violations.

Locked up under the guise of rehabilitation, girls nationwide - the vast majority of whom have been sexually and/or physically as well as mentally abused.

"WWITS" Youth-At-Risk Mentoring Program has been given the opportunity to mentor young girls institutionalized and help to prepare them to return back into the community.  We also are involved with female juveniles that are in an "Alternative School" environment for behavioral problems.  Our purpose is to assist in helping to prevent their incarceration.
